If, for any reason, you are not completely satisfied with your order, we offer a straightforward return and refund process. 1. Eligibility for Returns

2. Non-Returnable Items

  • Earphones, headphones, or wearables for hygiene reasons, unless sealed in original packaging.
  • Gift cards or digital products.
  • Sale items or special promotions, unless otherwise stated.

3. Return Process

To initiate a return, follow these steps:

  2. Approval and Instructions: Once your return is approved, we will provide you with detailed instructions on how to return the product. You will receive a return authorization number (RMA) which must be included with your return.

  3. Shipping the Item: Return the product in its original packaging, including all accessories, manuals, and other documentation. Ensure that the product is packed securely to avoid damage during transit.


4. Return Shipping Costs

  • If the return is due to a defective or damaged product, Tec Hut will cover the return shipping costs.
  • If the return is due to any other reason (such as a change of mind), the customer is responsible for return shipping costs.

5. Refund Policy

Once we receive your returned item, we will inspect it to ensure it meets the return eligibility criteria. The refund process is as follows:

a. Refund Approval

  • If the item is approved for a refund, we will notify you via email.
  • The refund will be issued to your original payment method.

b. Refund Timeframe

  • Refunds will be processed within 7 business days after the item is received and inspected.

c. Partial Refunds

6. Exchanges
